Yung mga araw na nasabi ko pwede yun magbago. Depende sa kung gano ba katagal mag period jowa mo. Haha dyan sakin 5 days sya lage

based on my experience... 25th day after the 1st day of menstruation is the safest (kung regular yung mens cycle)... pero kung di mapigil ang ut0g, tira na lang sa puwet o bibig...

for me 5 days before sa period pero tricky yang method na yan kaya ginagawa ko withdrawal talaga tiis muna ako na hindi iputok sa loob kaya ngayon 5yrs na kaming nag tatalik hindi pa na didisgrasya pero one time na iputok ko sa loob nya 3 days before ng period nya good thing hindi naman na buntis

So eto ginagamit ko na app. Para di na ako maghirap magkalkula ng araw. Kasi imamark mo na lang yung period days nya dyan tapos ayan makikita mo na saan safe at fertile days nya
