We all probably have tried or are trying dating websites, right? Pasensya sa long post, but I hope you guys read for your SAFETY if you are doing ONLINE DATING.
Regardless of the reason, for serious or hookup, I am just sharing a scary experience I had so you will take note of the signs.
So I went into this dating app, and a girl messaged me. I checked her profile, has I photo, and basically says she's bored and just wants to have fun, she will go out with you if invited. So I replied, and she started talking about talking on Tel. So we did. Then she asked if I had 3some before, and sent her pic and another girl. I didn't really get into the details, but I did say I am willing to meet. Sabi ko "baka naman pagbayarin mo ako after", but she replied "No pamasahe lang okay na".
In my mind, yes I tried that before but who would say no to another one?
So we decided to meet in BGC area, I paid for the ride. I did not know na dalawa sila darating since It was not discussed beforehand for the meet up. Sabi ko kasi let's just meet first. Medyo suspicious din ako if siya ba talaga yun.
So I treated them to dinner. Kwentuhan, sabi taga Valenzuela sila, then bored lang kaya they meet up with guys on online dating apps. After eating nagyaya isang girl na uminom, but she said mas gusto daw sa more private place. Wala naman ako kasama sa condo, so sabi ko pwede naman sa place ko, and so bumili kami ng drinks, they preferred San Mig Apple, and rode to my place.
During the ride, they were both CHAT/TEXTING A LOT. Tapos when we got to the condo, since nasa kabila yung roving guard, one of the girls pointed out "Wala palang guard dito" sabi ko lumabas lang dun sa kabila babalik din yan.
So we were at the unit, watched Netflix. I gave them their beers, and I got my pilsen in can. Sabi nung isang girl mas okay daw sa baso, and so she stood up, TOOK my beer and went to get glasses, poured it there then brought it back to me.
Upon initial sip, napansin ko na parang iba yung lasa, I had a PALE PILSEN pero may APPLE taste yung baso ko. I dismissed it kasi nga apple flavor yung beer nila.
During our kwentuhan, napansin na dalawa yung phone ko, and they kept asking about my work and sino kasama ko condo.
During their stay, mas marami pa din yung CHAT and TEXT NILA on their phones than actually talking to me. I am not very sociable so I don't know how to start and maintain communications kaya pinabayaan ko lang. Afterwards, sabi gabi na daw so maybe they can spend the night, and being the gentlemaniac that I am agreed to let them stay. Nothing happened naman since I didn't want to initiate anything if they did not want to. THIS WAS THE WORST DECISION I HAD, so far (I mean allowing them to sleepover).
I had two (2) Pale Pilsen then when nothing seems to be happening, I decided to sleep. I didn't feel anything unusual, and despite going to bed around 1AM it still took me a while before I fell asleep.
I woke up up around 9AM which is unusual for me since I always have early work. I was woken by a sudden urge to vomit, which is again weird kasi paano naman ako malalasing sa dalawang pale pilsen. After sumuka, lightheaded pa din, I can move and stand up, but I chose not to since parang ang sama ng pakiramdam ko pa din. I slept there in the bathroom floor until 12 noon, then transferred back to the bed where I rested until 2PM.
This was when I realized I may have been a victim of an unknown substance in my drinks. Although dazed, I checked everything, but nothing appears to be missing. My phones, my watch, and cards were all there. So it was a relief thinking maybe they just ditched me because they don't like me.
However, upon checking my ONLINE TRANSACTIONS, it appears that they transferred PHP50,000.00 from my BDO account and used around PHP60,000.00 in my credit card using QR transfers on my phone. They probably used my finger print for the log ins.
I decided I can't do anything with the BDO transfer, I don't want to escalate anymore, but I was able to call my credit card and reported the transaction or some version of it that would not be so embarrassing. Also, I am just happy I was not poisoned. Parang muktik na pala ako doon.
LESSON LEARNED.
1) You are not safe just because you are a guy in the dating world.
2) Even now, do not drink your beer (or anything) after leaving it with a stranger, especially if it taste strange.
3) Do not let a stranger pour you drink.
4) Do not let strangers (yes even after you hooked up) stay in your house. If you will, maybe get some IDs or have your valuables locked somewhere.
