What format gagamitin for videos?

at the same time, ang current work around ay either
1. Gawin mong GIF at ipost mo (good for thumbnails)
2. Ipahost mo sa video hosting sites then iembed mo rito.

EDIT: in short, sa tanong mo, walang possible na format.
