Annoying reaction confirmation?

Is this new? It keeps asking “are you sure you want to apply this reaction?”

How do I skip this or turn this confirmation off? I like to react to every post I see.

It does happen especially when liking is being interrupted during loading, especially if you have a slower connection.

It is just more prominent right now due to ads opening another tab during liking.
