Quick question about posting in the wrong section of the forum.

Dear Sirs and Madams,

is it clearly stated that videos that establishes conversation between members cannot be posted here in the general section? While i want to comply with the forum rules. I see some videos posted in the general section that does not get removed.

Kindly clarify po... Am i being targeted? I have also been warned for a post that I want to appeal and yet no Admins replied to me. Buti pa yung mga dating admins like Hexacode and mismo si boss @daft, nagrereply sa DM.
