How do i quit gambling

start working more, invest on yourself, wag ka manood ng mga nag pa promote ng gambling. Sa una mahirap, desire kasi yan e, pag pinupuna mo desire mo lagi mong gagalawin ang gambling kahit ano pa ang circumstances.
 
It's not about stop gambling, it's about quitting addiction. So you can't settle for less gambling... you have to fully stop. It's gonna be hard but you have to break the addiction habit!
 
if gusto mo talaga mag-stop sa online gambling, kailangan mo muna i-accept na hindi mo na siya kontrolado at mas lalo ka lang matatalo pag pinipiliy mong bumawi, kaya mas okay na putulin mo na totally, ideletr mo lahat ng gambling apps, iblock mo yung sites or kung san ka man naglalaro, at kung kaya mo, ipahawak mo muna pera mo sa trusted na tao tapos palitan mo yung habit mo ng ibang bagay like panonood, jogging, maglakad sa labas, or manood para hindi matempt oag bored or stressed, iwasan mo rin triggers mo lalo na pag gabi or may extra kang pera, and if kaya, sabihan mo someone you trust like asawa mo or gf if meron man para may magchecheck sayo, normal lang makramdam ka ng hirap at kung di mo maiiwasan talaga e isugal mo yung kaya mo lang mawala pero mas good kung hindi na

pahirapan mo sarili mo mag deposit, block at delete mo lahat, pag mas mahirap ma access mawawala kati

acknowledge mo na meron kang addition sa sugal. And maybe start focusing on yourself. Invest ka sa sarili by studying new things para madivert attention mo
