It's gonna be Sparxie also known as Hibana in Japanese. She's a different form of Sparkle coming from the Path of Elation and I found it so intrigued that I like her character design, basically the colors of carmine and black fit on her personality of being a fun and enthusiastic streamer. What's more is that she'll be getting a 5-star banner next week as part of Version 4.0's second phase! That's why I'm showing this right now as she's completely naked, showing her elusive body.
