Updated minimum character and word requirements for Posts and Threads

To help prevent spam and ensure meaningful content, we’re introducing the following minimum requirements for posts and threads:

• Minimum thread title characters: 15
• Minimum post characters: 15
• Minimum thread title words: 3
• Minimum post words: 3

Posts not allowed:

• Content consisting solely of emojis or smilies.

These changes aim to foster engaging and high-quality discussions while reducing spam.

Baka pwede rin malagyan ng comment interval ang isang thread bossing para hindi nag-sspam yung bawat thread, what i mean is if someone commented a seconds ago you and another person need to wait 30 seconds para makapag comment ulit
