ATM ate my deposit. No receipt issued.

Hi. I went to BDO ATM (inside their branch), initiated a cardless transaction and deposited 65,000 pesos which I've placed inside the feeder (where the money is inserted). I've noticed after inserting the peso bills inside the feeder it closed then it returned me 4,000 pesos. I've waited for a while and it bothered me why it took so long. The ATM screen is stuck at "Please insert cash". After 3 minutes of waiting, the guard is suspicious and approached me. He asked "Sir, may problema ba?" Sabi ko: "Sir, antagal eh. Nagsuksok po ako ng pera sa loob pero hindi natatapos yung transaction." The guard said "Ay baka naghang. Punta ka nalang sir sa counter 10." I went to counter 10 and reported the issue. The teller did asked for some personal questions, how much money was inserted and what happened before, during and after the transaction. The teller asked "May resibo bang lumabas sir?" I replied "Wala po." Then the teller picked up the phone and called customer service. I waited for a while and the teller hand me the phone. I answered and I explained what happened before, during and after the transaction. I had been given a incident report ticket reference number and told me that they will investigate and do resolution. I received a text from BDO saying "Ticket incident raised and kindly wait for 5 days for final resolution." I will check again by July 30 if there will be further update.

May nangyari din ba sa iba na ganito and how it was resolved?
