Share ko lang. I had a bad experience here. Before Pasko yun, naglaro, olats then nakabawi and my kyc application was still pending, so you can't widraw. They said that they're working on it, its the busiest week, blah blah. I inquired again after 2 or 3 days same. We're experiencing influx of kyc application bullsh*t. I said Im familiar with your workload and it shouldve been done after weekdays. Then new year, January 3rd and guess what, pending pa rin. Pinatalo ko na lang, much better sa mga excuses ng Cs nila. Then I requested to have my account close na lang. I told the last cs that I worked in verification before and such applications are handled within a day only, how can u play if you cant even widraw? Ekis.
