Hello to my fellow cabalens here
When i was in my 3rd year of high school, i studied at the University of the Assumption. At the time, i was going through a rebellious phase. You know how teenagers sometimes feel like the world is against them. Because of that, i mostly hung out with college students.
One day, i heard a rumor about something called the "Blue Book." My curiosity got the best of me, so i started asking around. But almost everyone either refused to talk about it or had never heard of it.
The story was that college students who couldn’t afford their tuition or had already spent their tuition money would turn to the "Blue Book" for help.
I’m eager to learn more about it. (I’ll explain later why i'm so interested.)
So, to my fellow Kapampangans, have you ever heard of the "Blue Book"? Can anyone confirm if it’s real?
