This phpasay website is a scam. I won big around 122K. Tried to withdrawing, then the withdraw function has been disabled. Same error you have shown here. After less than 24 hours, my account has been disabled/deleted. Couldnt log in. My 122K are gone. Don't play PHPASAY online website. It's a scam.
