try mo mag gym 3x a week or swimming paps the best
 
if habol mo matagal ka labasan, then magjakol ka araw araw. Kung magsesex kayo ng gabi, jakol ka ng umaga.

If habol mo stamina sa performance or sa pag pump exercise tlga (cardio, push ups, buhat sa gym)
