Is using a condom and pulling out the closest to 100% guarantee?

Just a question that I need an opinion on, whenever My partner and I do the deed I use the “condom + pull out” method ( kabado kasi kaming dalawa HAHAHA).

Without the use of pills, does this pretty guarantee safety?
