Women, what do you look for in a man's hands?

I'm often complimented about my hands and I heard that one of the first things a woman looks at is a man's hands. I'm curious whether or not this is true. Even if it isn't could you give your input on what you like and don't like in a guy's hands? Things such as; how smooth or rough they are, finger nails, size, thickness, if vascular hands are a turn off, or anything else you think worth mentioning.
