mga master, ano ba pwede gawing daily exercise para tumagal at matagal labasan during bakbakan? 😅
 
I highly recommend you do Kegel exercises. very helpful ito para hindi ka agad labasan at para mas tumigas nang sobra. Bukod dito, gawin mo rin ang tatlong exercise na ito: Deadlift, Double-handed Kettlebell Swing, at Sprints. Malaki ang tulong ng mga ‘yan para mapalakas ang iyong core, endurance, at explosiveness.
