yup tama sya ts... if tanggap ka ng gf mo for who u r well and good for you... sa problem mo namang 3 inches lang, ganyan talaga yan kung di ka nag pababa ng timbang.... gradual kang mag pababa ng timbang, eat veges and fruits, exercise at least 10-20 minutes a day (walking well do), sleep well (no more puyat), iwas muna sa alak/sigarilyo. wag umasa sa pills/tea/drugs na pampapayat.
