So apparently, it's been successful. Pero nag cheat day kasi ako for a day tapos ayun ilang days na akong di nagkakaroon ng weight loss kahit bumalik agad ako sa usual routine. Can u guys suggest smth I can do?

I run, I keto, OMAD, and naka cal deficit for sure.

Normal lang yan na nagain mo or nag maintain nung weight mo pero it doesnt mean na di effective nung strategy mo basta stay ka lang sa ginagawa mo basta make sure may cal deficit ka. Goodluck bro
 
Maraming nag fafactor in sa weight gain and loss. It's better to focus on fat loss rather than weight loss. Wag dumepende sa weight. You can gain as much as 5 lbs in a day just because of water retention then lose that weight immediately after a day or two (in my experience).

Second, ano ang caloric intake mo? Baka too low, kung nag rrun ka.
 
siguro patience is the key na lang. mukhang your doing things right. baka nageexpect ka kasi ng overnight results. give it a few months time hehe

Yes po, not a single day na hindi ako nag count ng calories since nag start.

As of now talagang weight loss po ang goal ko regardless if may muscle loss so per day I take in around less 1000cals sa maintenance. Effective yung previous na ginagawa ko although ayun nag cheat day ako for the first time tapos di na gumalaw yung weight and nag gain pa actually.

Been doing it po since January tapos first time ko nag cheat day and walang results kahit bumalik sa dating gawi. Pero siguro nga patience na lang, need lang siguro mag adjust ulit ng katawan katulad nung first few weeks.

How tall are you? How much do you weigh rn? And what's your target weight. I think too low ang 1k cal for a runner especially if you're doing keto. I did keto back in 2013 and I was eating around 3500 calories coupled with resistance training and I consistently stayed at 150 lbs at 12% body fat (I'm 5'8 for context). You're defeating the purpose of ketosis by eating too little. With too little fat and protein you'll just be tapping into your lean mass for energy, in turn, it will slow down your metabolism. That might be a cause of your weight gain. But there's a lot of other factors.
